Introduction
National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur (commonly referred to as NIT Hamirpur) is a public technical university situated at Hamirpur in Himachal Pradesh state of India and is wholly funded by Government of India, Established in 1986. At a distance of 3 k.m from Hamirpur town is located the beautiful 230 acres NIT campus. National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur is supplying the facilities in campus are Computer Center, Central Library, Health Center, Sports. Being a residential institute, there are 7 boys’ hostels and one girl’s hostels in the campus along with separate residences for the faculty and staff.
This is one of the best campuses in INDIA which is outsourcing technocrats, has got five engineering branches namely electrical, electronics, mechanical, computer and civil… and also one architecure branch..The management in this college is wonderful and has got a good faculty.
