Puducherry is a Union area with one of the higher levels of quality of life in the country with excellent physical structure and nearly a hundred per cent literacy level. The Department of Management Studies extends MBA & Ph.D. programs. The School of Management offers the preceding said programs with a total placement center. While the regular MBA students are establish getting good placements in guiding MNCs and big Public Limited Companies involved in manufacturing, service industry as well as in high profile Software Industry, the MBA (Tourism) students are detecting total placement in travel and tourism industries as well as in hospitability business. M.Com. program extended by the Department of Commerce has pulled the attention of companies which are demanded in Finance and Investment, Fund Management, Stock Broking, Banking and None banking activities.
