Railway Service Commission, Bhubaneswar was launched in the your 1983 and commenced it’s functioning from IRC Village, Nayapalli Bhubaneswar. In January, 1985 Railway Service Commission was called as Railway Recruitment Board (RRB). Its territory was Khurda Road Division, Chakradharpur Division and Macheswar Workshop of South Eastern Railway and afterwards the newly produced Sambalpur Division was added to its Jurisdiction from April 90. At deliver its Jurisdiction is East Coast Railway Central Office, Khurda Road Division, Sambalpur Division and Macheswar Workshop since 01.04.2003 after establishment of newly East Coast Railway.
