TIFR VSRP 2010
The Tata Institute of Fundamental Research was conceived and founded by the marked Indian Scientist Dr. Homi Bhabha in June 1945. At TIFR, research is communicated out in frontline areas of all the fundamental sciences: Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Mathematics and Physics, as well as in the field of Science Education. In May 2002, Tata Institute of Fundamental Research was gave Deemed University status by the University Grants Commission. The Visiting Students Research Programme Is planned to decide students towards research in Mathematics. Students doing a Masters degree with a good academic record and condition for research are invited to apply.
