TTDC was Formed or united into a whole during July 1971 under the Companies Act 1956. The entire share capital of Rs.678.63 lakhs has been subscribed by the State Government. Hotels of TTDC are at present having 78 outlets. TTDC was Having or given a form or shape with the objective of Contribute to the progress or growth of tourism in Tamilnadu by Give something useful or necessary to infrastructure facilities of transport and Making or becoming suitable; adjusting to circumstances. To fulfill this objective, TTDC has expanded its activities into 3 main operations such as Hotels, Transport and Fairs.
