Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University is a public university settled at Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. The university plans to allow for access code to higher breeding for large sections of population and in particular, the deprived groups such as those living in remote and rural areas admitting working people, house wives and other adults who wish to acclivity or acquire knowledge through studies in several fields.
