World Buddhist University instituted by a Charter approved by the General Conference of the World Fellowship of Buddhist in Australia in 1998. Buddhist University offers distance learning and in-person formats leading to particularized certifications and diplomas in Buddhism. Buddhist University is 100% of all proceeds of the tuition donations go to support appointed Buddhist monks and nuns and temple building in the West. The Buddhist University will allow for a consultant to each student, guidelines for the courses, some electronic and hard copy interpretations of materials for the courses and general guidance in distance learning.

Master of Arts in Buddhist Studies (M.A.)
Master of Philosophy in Buddhist Studies (M. Phil.)

The candidate must have Bachelors degree from a recognized University or an equivalent from a recognized College or Institution of Buddhist Studies is the minimum entry requirement for either Master’s degree.
