Rajasthan Pre-Engineering Test otherwise called RPET. Leading body of Technical Education (BTER) was directing the RPET first exam in the time of 2009 at Jodhpur. Around 73000 hopefuls were showed up in that exam.

The rationale of taking this exam is to give admission to all the meriting candidates in a few Under Graduate Courses of the Engineering Colleges like BITS Pilani and MNIT Jaipur and so on.
