SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination is an open- competitive written examination conducted for the recruitment of personnel for Grade- B and C categories posts in various Ministries, Departments and Organizations.

Parts of the SSC CGL Exam

The Examination will be conducted in four tiers as indicated below:
Tier -I -- Written Examination (Objective Multiple Choice Type)
Tier -II -- Written Examination (Objective Multiple Choice Type)
Tier -III --Descriptive Paper in English/Hindi (writing of Essay/Precis/Letter /Application Writing
Tier -IV -- Computer Proficiency Test/ Skill Test (wherever applicable)/ Document Verification


Examination Pattern

SSC CGL Tier-I Exam Pattern:-

CGL Tier-I

Exam consist four parts and each part have 25 questions. In Tier-I exam total 100 questions asked for 200 marks, section wise details list below.
