Set of working responsibilities

• Customer Care Manager is in charge of giving client administration and era of offers leads at the branch.

• Ensuring Zero spillage of salary and Cross offering of TPP.

• Recovery of locker lease according to courses of events.

• Responsible for check procedure of exchanges in the bank.

• Handling, counting of security things ( everyday premise ).

• Verification and tolerating of client demands and preparing of the same/sent to the individual units.

• Internal data/correspondence with different units in regards to client objections and solicitations.

• Maintenance of undelivered things and guaranteeing the conveyance of the same to individual clients.

• Accepting exchange demands, RTGS, NEFT and so forth., from clients and guaranteeing the preparing of the same according to courses of events.

• Attending to whatever other client inquiries. Locker operations and taking after related process.

Training Qualification

• MBA with 1 – 2 years; Graduates with 2 – 3 years

• Relevant Banking knowledge – Experience as Customer Care/Welcome Desk/Cashier/Teller

• Exposure to branch operations and administration

• Max encounter if current part is CCM <= 3 years

• Candidates from monetary industry – Customer confronting parts with Service Exposure

• Candidate from saving money division can just walkin

• Age – Max Age 28 Years
