The PTU is provides some documents for certificate verification. After every semester, Detailed Marks Card (DMC) shall be issued only to students passing all the subjects of the term end examinations and internal assessment.

A consolidated DMC/Transcript would be available for students at the completion of the course.

The Degree/Diploma/Certificate will be awarded to the student only if he has acquired a pass grade in all the semester end examinations and internal assessment, within the maximum permissible duration of the course.

DMC's & Degree :

Delivery of Document:
10 Working Days from the date of receipt of application

Fee Detail:
Document Fee: First copy Rs.50/- & Rs.20/- for another copy
Postal Charges
Within Punjab - Rs.100/- per copy
Outside Punjab & Out of India - Rs.200/- per copy
