The Staff Selection Commission SSC conducts Stenographer Grade ‘C’ & ‘D’ Exam for the recruitment for of Stenographer Grade C (Group, B Non-Gazetted ) and D (Group C Non-Gazetted) posts SSC Stenographer Grade ‘C’ & ‘D’ Exam Eligibility- Passed 12th Standard or equivalent from recognized Board Age Limit Minimum age: 18 years. Maximum age: 27 years. SSC Stenographer Exam Pattern The SSC Stenographer exam will consist of computer based test (CBT) and skill test in Stenography. The CBT will consist of one objective type paper comprising of three parts: General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness, English Language and Comprehension. The total marks allotted for the written exam is 200 marks. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. Candidates who obtain the qualifying marks in the CBT will only be called for skill test. The Commission will fix qualifying marks in each part of the written examination. The skill test will be qualifying in nature. Application Fee Aspirants applying for SSC Stenographer Vacancy have to pay the application fee as follows: General Category: Rs. 100/-.
