Hi buddy as I want to write KCET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test) exam so will you plz tell me what is its Domicile applicants eligibility criteria for this exam ???

KCET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test) exam is a state level entrance exam conducted by the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) under the aegis of Karnataka University.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have studied and passed from a recognised institution situated in Karnataka. The academic study from a state institute should be for a minimum period of 7 years, starting from 1st standard to 2nd PUC/12th standard as on July 1 of the exam year.

Applicants should have appeared/passed either SSLC/10th standard or 2nd PUC/12th standard exam from Karnataka.

Availability of Admit Card 3rd week of April 2018
Date of Exam 18th April (Biology & Mathematics) & 19th April (Physics & Chemistry)

Result Declaration Last week of May 2018
Commencement of Counselling 2nd week of June 2018

Exam Pattern

Mode of Exam: The exam will be held through offline mode (pen & paper based).

Types of Question: Question paper will be Multiple Choice Type Question.

Number of Questions: Total 60 question will be asked from each section.

Time Duration: The total time duration is 320 minutes for the whole exam. Each section will be given 80 minutes.

Marking Scheme: One mark will be awarded for each correct answer.

Negative Marking: There is no provision for negative marking. No marks will be deducted for incorrect answer.
