Refund policy of Birla Institute of Management Technology

In case of cancellation of admission, fee will be refunded as per the AICTE notice and rules are as follows:

SITUATION REFUND

Request received before date of start of session
Entire fee less Rs. 1000/- Handling charge.

Request received after joining the course & seat could be filled by the Institute Entire fee less on pro rata basis - T uition & Hostel Fee

Request received after joining the course & seat not filled by the institute
No refund

Regulation for Admission

If a student admitted to the Institute is found to have given any false information or suppressed some information, his/her admission will be cancelled and fees will not be refunded to such a candidate.

(2) Cost of Application Fee once paid is non-refundable.

(3) The total tution fee for any programme for Meri t and International student category may be paid in equal half yearly installments. The first such instalment shall be paid before the start of the session. No extension of time limit will be granted for the same. For NRI, NRI sponsored and corporate sponsored candidates, the fee is payable annually.

(4) The Institute does not take responsibility for delay in transit
involved in receipt and delivery of any communication between the Institute and the applicant.

(5) All disputes are subject to the legal jurisdiction of District Gautam
Budha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, (India)
