CIDCO transfer letter is Transfer of the leasehold right is allowed only subject to approval of CIDCO (as Lessor) and subject to-the terms and conditions contained in the Lease Deed.

Generally the transfer is allowed on payment of 50% of un-earned income by the licensee/ Lessee to the Corporation
