MH PGM PGD CET (Maharashtra Post Graduate Medical Post Graduate Dental Combined Entrance) is conducted for providing admission to the eligible candidates into Post graduate courses of the associated institutes. Educational Qualification: One must have done M.B.B.S. / B.D.S. from an institute recognized by Medical Council of India / Dental Council of India. However, one who will complete the internship before 31st March of the respective year can also apply. Other Eligibility Eligibility for PGM CET: • One must be an Indian National. • Eligibility for in-service candidates will be as per criteria laid down by the Public Health Department for M.M. & H.S. Medical Officer candidates and E.S.I.S. candidates; and Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation for BMC candidates. • One who is domiciled in Maharashtra and who has obtained admission under 15% quota for All India Entrance Examination (AIEE) for MBBS course and who has obtained the degree from a University outside the State of Maharashtra will also be eligible for PGM-CET. • One who has obtained MBBS degree from a Deemed University is not eligible. Eligibility for PGD CET: • One must be an Indian National. • One, who has obtained BDS Degree before introduction of 1 year compulsory rotating internship training are also be eligible to appear for PGD-CET. • One who has obtained BDS degree from a Deemed University is not eligible to appear for PGD-CET. • One should have obtained DCI/MSDC registration by the date of Preference Form filling process. • One who was admitted to the colleges which are now affiliated to the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) will be eligible till such time as they are awarded the degrees by the University established under Maharashtra Universities Act, 1994. • One who is domiciled in Maharashtra and who have obtained admission under 15% quota for All India Entrance Examination (AIEE) for BDS course and who has obtained the degree from a university outside the State of Maharashtra will also be eligible. |
