The KPSC was conducted Practical Test (H Test + Road Rest) for selection to the post of Driver Gr.II/Driver (HDV) NCA (Dheevara in Various Govt. owned Companies/ Board/ Corporation (Cat.No.511/2011) fixed to be held on 21.08.2013, 23.08.2013 and 24.08.2013 at the Asramam Ground, Kollam.

Age Limit for Kerala PSC Reserve Driver:
21 – 46 years

Method of Appointment:
Direct Recruitment. (Candidates belonging from Scheduled Tribe Community) (In the absence of candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe community candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste will be considered).

Kerala PSC Reserve Driver Qualifications:

Pass in Standard IV
Must possess a valid Motor Driving Licence with endorsement to drive Heavy Duty Vehicles and should have completed Seven (7) years after getting the driving licence with Three (3) years or more should be the period after taking Heavy Duty Vehicles Licence.

Physical Measurements:

Height – 158 cm (No relaxation to Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes)
Chest (Normal) – 76 cm

Eye Sight: Must possess the visual standards as specified:

Right Eye: Left Eye:
Distant Vision : 6/6 Snellen : 6/6 Snellen
Near Vision : 0.5. Snellen : 0.5. Snellen
