Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), Kolkata has invited applications for the recruitment of Chief Librarian, Deputy Librarian, Assistant Librarian, Project Linked Person (JRF) vacancies.

Eligible candidates may apply in prescribed application format on or before 31, 08-05-2017.

Indian Statistical Institute Vacancy Details:
Total No. of Posts: 05
Name of the Posts:
1. Chief Librarian: 01 Post
2. Deputy Librarian: 01 Post
3. Assistant Librarian: 02 Posts
4. Project Linked Person (JRF): 01 Post

Age Limit:
Candidates age should not exceed 55 years for Post 1, 2, 50 years for Post 3 as on 01-05-2017, 35 years for post 4 as on 01-04-2017. Upper age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification:
Candidates should possess Master Degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation with at least 55% marks with relevant experience for Post 1, 2, 3, M.Sc in Applied Mathematics/ Physics/ Mathematics with NET/ GATE qualification for Post 4.

Selection Process:
Short listed candidates will be called for written test, interview for Post 1, 2, 3, interview for Post 4.

Last Date for Receipt of Applications for Post 1, 2, 3: 31-05-2017.
Last Date for Receipt of Applications for Post 4: 08-05-2017.
