The Catholic Syrian Bank Officers Association (CSBOA) the mainstream organization of the officers of The Catholic Syrian Bank Ltd started in 1966.

All these years it has stood by the officer community in their fight for their legitimate rights. The Association is a registered trade union under Indian Trade union Act 1926 and is affiliated to All India Bank Officers' Confederation (AIBOC).

As an affiliate of All India Bank officers Confederation (AIBOC) and All India Private sector Bank officers Federation (AIPSBOF), it has chalked out a niche in the bank officers' movement in India.
