India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited (IIFCL) was set up in 2006 to provide long term debt for infrastructure projects.


As you asking I am telling NCD stand for Non Convertible Debentures that are long-term financial instruments which acknowledge a debt obligation towards the issuer. Some debentures have a feature of convertibility into shares after a certain point of time at the discretion of the owner.
