LLM Offered In

LL.M. Two Year (Four Terms) Course: This is a full-time course. The candidates seeking admission to this course are not allowed to engage in any Trade, Profession, Business or Occupation during the course.

• LL.M Three Year (Six Terms) Course: The classes are conducted in the evening enabling employed Personnel to pursue the course; however, all eligible candidates may seek admission in the course.


Eligibility Criteria

For candidates belonging to the General category, a LL.B degree (3year/5year) from the University of Delhi or any other recognized Indian or Foreign University with an aggregate of at least 50% marks.

• For candidates belonging to Schedule Caste (SC)/ Schedule Tribe (ST) category, a LL.B (3year/5year) degree from the University of Delhi or any other recognized Indian or Foreign University with an aggregate of at least 45% marks.

• Relaxation of 5% marks in the minimum eligibility as prescribed for general candidates shall be allowed to widows/wards of ex-servicemen (CW) category.

• Relaxation upto 5% marks in the minimum eligibility as prescribed for general candidates shall be allowed to candidates belonging to Physically Handicapped (PH) category.

• Relaxation of 5% marks in the minimum eligibility as prescribed for general candidates shall be allowed to candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes (OBC)

Fees For the Course
Rs. 65,000/- p.a for Indian Nationals (to be paid in two equal installments at the beginning of each semester) / US $ 2000 per annum or its equivalent in INR for foreign nationals
