Axonometric, Isometric, plan oblique and elevation oblique projection of planes, solids and combination of solids, introduction to scales. UNIT 2 PERSPECTIVE 20 Hrs. Perspective projection concepts, Types of Perspective views, Perspective Projection of simple & complex geometrical forms. Two point perspective of simple objects, outdoor and indoor view of a building, etc. One point and three point perspective of interiors, Human Figures, furniture, Landscape elements in Perspective UNIT 3 SCIOGRAPHY 15 Hrs Principles of shades and shadows - Shadows of basic shapes and solids; Shadows of architectural elements, etc; Shadows of circular solids; animation natural light and shade in the interiors, shadows of furniture and elements in the interiors UNIT 4 RENDERING TECHNIQUES 15 Hrs. Colour Pencils Rendering, Water Colour Rendering, Pen & Ink Rendering, Marker Rendering Techniques, Using Digital & Mixed Media Rendering Techniques Max. 60 Hours COURSE OUTCOMES On completion of the course the student will be able to CO1: Represent the objects three dimensionally through axonometric projections and perspectives. CO2: Understand various types of perspective and their projection. CO3: Understand the principles of shade and shadows in an interior space. CO4: Graphically represent light and shade for realism in their drawings through sciography. CO5: Develop rendering skills for presentation drawings.
