I,Dr.S.Barman posted as a Dy. C.M.O in NCL since 2005 am producing some querries regarding treatment of my wife.
My wife is also posted in ncl for last 15 years in ncl as a senior manager[personnel]

my wife has under gone surgery for cissorian delivery in ncl hospital on 5/7/2014 and became highly serious by the negligence of the treating doctor, and became nervous and refered my wife to acian hospital, faridabad,hariyana.it takes 2 hours from new delhi airport...at dlhi airport she become more seroius and unconcious and so admitted her to nearest hosp. gangaram hospital, after 18 days she recovered from the situation..the bill amount is 5 lac 60 thousand but now the ncl is refusing to pay the amount. not a single ruppee has paid me saying that gangaram hosp is not empanneled with coal india limited.
My question is that to save the life of a patient in emergency can i not treat the patient in nearest hosp. where as complete negligency was from cil doctor[I have all the proof of negligence]
