ICPL is a joint venture company (JVC) between Indian Farmers Fertilizers Co-operative Limited (IFFCO) and Chhattisgarh State Power Holdings Co. Limited (CSPHCL)- a successor company of Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board (CSEB). IFFCO has a stake of 74% and CSPHCL holds the other 26% equity.
