| Vishal Kotkar | Re: ns book bureau The Nova Scotia School Book Bureau is responsible for the distribution of learning resources and related products to support teaching and learning and to ensure availability in a cost-effective manner to Nova Scotia schools. All school personnel are expected to have knowledge of, access to, and use of the entire catalogue and online order form. Summary of Instructions • Always use and/or refer to product stock code when one is ordering or corresponding. • Carefully check number of cartons and address of shipment before signing the Bill of Lading. Note any carton shortages on the Bill of Lading. Do not accept shipments if not addressed to one’s school. • Report any errors in writing within 10 days of receipt of shipment. (For those orders received after the last day of school, this will be 10 days after school opening.) • If one wishes to cancel or adjust any order, one must direct one’s written request through one’s school board to the NSSBB giving full details. • All orders must be directed through one’s regional school board office and must be approved by the superintendent or a designate. • Do not return, without written permission, resources that one ordered. Resources returned without written permission will be returned collect. Defective or damaged resources or those received as a result of errors made by the NSSBB may be returned without permission. Please include a letter giving full particulars. • Check for any adjustments in your order which will appear in the area immediately next to the "QTY SHPD" column on the packing list.
