| Vishal Kotkar | Re: jexpo details The JEXPO 2017 is a state level polytechnic entrance test which is also referred as Joint Entrance Examination for Polytechnics. This examination is supervised by West Bengal State Council of Technical Education. Through this examination, student will be selected for admissions in the first year of diploma courses offered by various polytechnic colleges in West Bengal state. Eligibility Criteria : Candidates must be citizen of India. Students must have passed 10th or its equivalent examination with English, Physical Science/Science and Mathematics from any recognized board. Candidates should have obtained minimum 35% aggregate in the qualifying exam (without additional subjects). Examination Pattern : Papers: This exam has been divided into two papers. Paper 1 for Mathematics and Paper 2 for Physics & Chemistry. Type of Questions: Multiple choice questions will be asked in the examination. No of Questions: The question paper will comprises of total 200 questions. Total 100 questions will be asked from Mathematics. 50 questions will be asked form Physics and Chemistry each. Duration: The exam duration will be two hours (120 minutes). Subject Marks Time Mathematics 100 2 hrs Physics & Chemistry 100 2 hrs Total 200 4 hrs |
