The course duration of the distance MBA Degree Program from SMU-DE is a minimum of 2 years (4 semesters) and a maximum of 4 years. Distance MBA program SMU-DE offers four specializations under its MBA Program, including MBA in Marketing Management, MBA in Information Systems Management, MBA in Human Resource Management, and MBA in Finance Management. These specializations help the learners with in-depth understanding and application of their chosen field of study. Eligibility- Graduation or equivalent in any discipline from a recognised University Qualify the Entrance Test [SMU-DDE Management Aptitude Test* – (SMAT)] conducted by Directorate of Distance Education, Sikkim Manipal University. However, if candidate has cleared Aptitude Test (MAT/CAT/GMAT etc.) conducted by recognized Institutes/Universities, he/she need not appear for SMAT. Work experience preferred. *SMU-DDE Management Aptitude Test (SMAT) syllabus is designed to check the candidates overall aptitude in Management. Candidate will be tested on the basis of the following topics: General Awareness English Language Quantitative Aptitude Reasoning Candidate must score a minimum of 40% in order to qualify in the test. Fees- Semester Fee: ₹ 18,250/- (inclusive of Exam Fee ₹ 3,000/-) or as revised from time to time. Fee may also be paid one-time/annually.
