Marine Engineering Approved by The Directorate General of Shipping ,Government of India. B.E. Marine Engineering Leading to Class IV Marine Engineer Officer Certificate of Competency awarded by the D.G. Shipping, Ministry of Shipping, Government of India after six months of Sea Service. This enables the cadets to become Marine Engineerson board Merchant Navy Ships worldwide Course Duration: 4 years or 8 semesters residential course. Eligibility Criteria A pass in Plus-two (12th Standard) or its equivalent, with minimum 60% aggregate in Maths, Physics and Chemistry group and at least 50% marks in English.
