The Journal, being the flagship law review of the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Call for Papers The organizers of the Seminar call upon the legal fraternity, academicians, research scholars, social activists, representatives of governmental and non-governmental organisations and students and other stakeholders to present their well-researched papers at the seminar Submission Category Articles of length 3000 to 6000 words (inclusive of footnotes); articles exceeding the word limit may be considered on merit. Short Notes and Commentaries between 1000 and 3000 words. Submission guidelines: Submissions are to be made only in electronic form and must be sent to journalnuals@gmail.com All submissions for the current issue must reach on or before 20th March, 2017. All submissions are to contain an abstract, of not more than 150 words, accompanying the article. By submitting an article the author undertakes that the article is an original work and has not been submitted, accepted or published elsewhere. Plagiarism will result in summary rejection of the submission. Co-authorship is allowed to a maximum of two authors. Formatting Guideline : Times New Roman, Font Size 12 5-line spacing Footnotes should follow 19th edition Blue Book standard of referencing. Font Size 10, single spacing. No end notes allowed Full paper –2000 words minimum and 5000 word maximum excluding references and footnoting. Co-authorship is permitted. Maximum of 2 Authors. All submissions shall be made online to ccle@nuals.ac.in In all matters relating to the acceptance of the abstracts and the research papers, the decision of the Organizers shall be final and conclusive.
