Every merchant upon registration receives a MID − Merchant Identification, Admin user access to merchant account and password. Merchant can change transaction password for high valued transaction. Merchant can add/modify/delete bank accounts, with minimum one active account. Merchant can add various channels to allow their customers to transact − Kiosk, ATM, IVR, e-Commerce, Mobile, Aadhar, POS, etc. Various payment modes can be added from among Credit Card, Debit Card, Cash/Prepaid Card, ECS, IMPS, e-Commerce, M-Wallet, Aadhar, IVRS, etc. Merchants can add products/segments on daily basis and in a dynamic nature. Merchant can access/download various reports viz. Order Enquiry, Transaction Report, MIS account summary, Settlement report, MIS invoice history, Success/Failure report. Merchant can initiate refund based on a request. Merchant can authorize/decline credit and debit card transactions and perform refund for transactions performed for his account. |
