Eligibility for the contest The drawing is open to adults 18 years or older. Employees of WTMD, Towson University Public Media, its contest sponsors, volunteer staff members managing the contest, and the members of their households are ineligible to participate in the contest or win. By participating in the contest the winner agrees to have his or her name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material related to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and will sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize. Winner must also sign a prize receipt and certify compliance with all eligibility requirements prior to the release of the prize. WTMD in its sole discretion reserves the right to disqualify any person for tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the WTMD website or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. Right to make changes: WTMD reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest including the substitution of the prize or prizes of equivalent or greater value which would become effective upon announcement. No purchase or donation is necessary. Responsibilities: WTMD is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering, or the administration of the contest or in the announcement of the prize. Copies of contest rules: Copies of written contest rules will be available for up to 30 days after the contest at WTMD.ORG. You may also receive a copy of the contest rules by mail.
