Activities of the Division include: • Collection of fees, Disbursal of Merit Scholarships and MCN Scholarships, Coordinating for various Fests organized by students. • Maintenance of Individual students account related to Mess Advance. • Hostel accommodation to students and leave related issues. • Fee Collection, Issue of Receipts and Scholarships. • Issue of Id-Cards, Bonafide Certificates and No Objections. • Monitoring the Student Activity Centre. • Processing of Medical Insurance claims. Services Offered Student Housing: • The Campus is fully residential. The campus provides single/double room accommodation to each student. • Each room is provided with modern furniture with internet connectivity. • Round the clock security, Common room facilitates with LED TV, newspapers & Table Tennis in the common room and other recreational facilities like Chess and Carrom boards. • Potable drinking water is available in each floor with cooler. • There are 2 large dining halls A-Mess and C-Mess well furnished with modern equipment in the kitchen. • Any maintenance complaints (Electrical, Plumbing and carpentry) in the hostels can be entered in the registers available near the hostel entrance. • Complaints regarding internet connection should be made online to Computer Centre.
