One who qualifies in entrance exam held on May 2 and May 3, 2017 will be able to see their scores and ranks in the KCET Result sheet. Important Dates for KCET 2017 Result KCET 2017 May 2 and May 3, 2017 Kannada Language Test in Bangalore (Only for Horanadu,Gadinadu and Kannadiga candidates) May 4, 2017 Result Date Last week of May 2017 Counselling for KCET 2017 Jun-17 Steps to check KCET Result 2017 • Login to the given link (link will be provided soon). • Enter the user ID which is the registered Email ID of the candidate and the password. • They must also enter the given security code and complete the login process. • Candidates will now be able to check their results and further download it. • After downloading the results, candidates should check their result sheets and see if they have any changes in the qualifying exam marks or the code given in the result sheet. • In case candidates face any discrepancies, they can challenge it. KCET 2017 Result contain • The result displayed for Karnataka CET 2017 will show the rank obtained by the qualified candidate in the entrance exam. • The overall and subject-wise marks scored by the candidate will also be displayed in the result for KCET. • The KCET result will also show the answer sheets disclosing all the responses as marked by the entrants. • The common entrance test of Karnataka will follow a merit list which will be based on the marks scored by the candidate in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics in KCET 2017 along with the marks obtained by the candidate in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics in the qualifying exam taken in the ratio of 50:50. Merit in the KCET Result Calculation • The expert committee will provide the final answer key which will be used during evaluation for determination of merit order. • The engineering ranks will be assigned to the eligible candidates according to the merit list announced by KEA. • Separate result sheets showing the engineering ranks will be published on the prescribed date. • On submission of required documents, ranks will be assigned to all those candidates too whose results will be with-held for want of 2nd PUC / 12th std marks. |
