| vikash | Re: IISC Research Programmes As you want to know about the IISC Research Programmes admission procedure, eligibility and the dates of the entrance examination so here is the information of the same: All the candidates who apply to Ph D programmes in Science Faculty will have to qualify in one of the national entrance tests given below from ‘a’ to ‘i’. They will be short listed for interview based on their performance in the national entrance test. (a) IISC Entrance Test (b) Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) - 2011 or 2012 (c) Joint CSIR-UGC NET for JRF 2010 or 2011 (with a valid certificate as on 1st of August 2012) (d) UGC NET for JRF 2010 or 2011 (with a valid certificate as on 1st of August 2012) (e) ICMR JRF 2011 (with a valid certificate as on 1st of August 2012) - for the departments of BC, MD, ES, MC, and MB. (f) DBT JRF 2011 (with a valid certificate as on 1st of August 2012) - for the departments of BC, MD, ES, MC, and MB.
