Symbiosis International University (SIU), Pune for admission to various Post Graduate Programmes for the academic year 2017-18, conducts Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP). The SNAP Test will be on 18th December 2016

SNAP Online Registration for SNAP Commences 22nd August 2016, Monday
SNAP Online Registration Closes on 22nd November 2016, Tuesday
SNAP Test Payment Closes 25th November 2016, Friday
Admit Card: 02nd December 2016, Friday
Date of SNAP Exam: 18th December 2016 (Sunday, 14.00 Hrs to 16.00 Hrs)
Declaration of Result: 09th January 2017, Monday

SNAP 2017 Eligibility Criteria:


Those who have completed Graduate from any recognized/statutory University or Institute with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST), Programmes, which require specific discipline/ subject specialisation need to be checked for eligibility as given by the respective Institute

A candidate who has completed qualifying degree from any Foreign University must obtain an equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). All foreign degrees/ qualifications need to be verified from AIU by the candidate before seeking admission to any programme of SIU

Evaluation Division of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) issues equivalence certificate for foreign degrees/qualifications

SNAP 2017 Test Structure


Reading Comprehension, Verbal Reasoning, Verbal Ability - 40 Questions; 40 Marks
Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency - 40 Questions; 40 Marks
General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Business Scenario - 40 Questions; 40 Marks
Analytical & logical Reasoning - 60 Questions; 40 Marks
Total No. of Questions: 150 and 150 Marks
SNAP Test duration is of 120 minutes

Date of SNAP Test - 08th December 2016 (Time: 14.00 hrs. - 16.00 hrs)

SNAP Test is an objective test. Each question has 4 responses. Candidate should choose an appropriate response. 0.25 marks will be penalized for wrong answers. Each wrong answer attracts 25% negative marks

Candidate must use Blue or Black ball point pen only

Selection Process for SNAP 2017:
On the basis of their overall percentage of SNAP, a cutoff list (category-wise) will be prepared and uploaded on the official website of respective institutes. According to these cut off lists, students will be shortlisted for the GE-PI WAT
