Based on the COMEDK PGET 2016 Cut off score, the exam conducting authority, i.e. Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) will prepare a merit list for all the qualified candidates. The Cut off of COMEDK PGET will rely on various factors such as number of seats, number of candidates appeared and difficulty level of the entrance examination. According to officials, the minimum cut off of marks for COMEDK PGET 2016 for the General Category is 50%, whereas for the candidates belonging SC/ST/OBC categories, the minimum cut off marks is 40%. COMEDK PGET Cut off Category Cut off Percentage General 50% Scheduled Caste 40% Scheduled Tribe 40% Other Backward Classes 40% Based on COMEDK PGET Cut off, examination authority will prepare a merit list for all the qualified candidates and the online counselling of COMEDK PGET will be done accordingly. The allocation of seats for post graduate medical and dental programmes in the colleges participating in COMEDK will be done strictly on the basis of rank cum choice basis of the candidates. |
