On successful completion of the programme, they shall be absorbed as Probationary Officers by Bank of Baroda. Candidates shall be selected through a selection process consisting of online exam (objective + descriptive) followed by Psychometric Assessment, Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Bank of Baroda PO Eligibility Criteria- Graduation Degree with minimum 60% (55% for SC/ST/PWD) marks in any discipline from a recognised University OR any equivalent qualification as such recognised by Central Government Age Limit The Candidates age limit should be between 20 - 28 years Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules. BOB Manipal Exam Pattern The online test will be held on a single level as mentioned under - 1. Objective Test 2. They will also be eligible for DA, HRA / Rent Reimbursement & CCA as per rules from time to time. At present, the initial annual CTC is approximately Rs. 8 lacs (including perquisites) in a Metropolitan Centre. The gross annual salary on joining the Bank will be approximately Rs. 8 lacs (including perquisites) in a Metropolitan Centre. |
