| prince karak | Re: seats availability in srm university One who will be selected for SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Exam (SRMJEEE) 2017 seat allotment will be required to have qualified the entrance examination with the minimum cut off marks. SRMJEEE 2017 examination was held from April 1 to 30, 2017. The result of the applicants was available on May 2, 2017. All of the selected applicants will be allotted seats as per their merit in the ranking list and availability of seats. One who has not made it to the merit list will not be allowed to participate in the SRMJEEE seat allotment. Eligibility for SRMJEEE Seat Allotment 2017 To be eligible for the seat allotment process, one should have satisfied the following qualifications: • One should have qualified SRMJEEE 2017 examination. • One’s name must be there in the merit list. • 65% aggregate marks in PCM/PCB for KTR campus, 60% aggregate marks in PCM/PCB for other campuses. • 60% aggregate marks in PCM/PCB for KTR campus for CBSE applicants. SRMJEEE 2017 Seat Allotment After the applicants are successfully verified, the process of SRMJEEE seat allotment 2017 will commence in offline mode. One will be allotted seats based on performance in the exam. According to the ranking of one in the merit list, the available engineering seats will be allotted. Availability of seats during the allotment will also be another factor for admission. The allotted applicants will then have to confirm the admission by paying the full tuition fees. Inability to pay the tuition fees will lead to the automatic disqualification of one from the admission process. Once the seat is allotted, no alteration can be done. Second Round of SRMJEEE Seat Allotment 2017 If there are seats still available after the conclusion of the first round of allotment, then the admission committee will conduct another round of SRMJEEE 2017 seat allotment for one who has not be allotted seats as of yet. One should be registered. Allotment will be done on the basis of the ranking of the applicants in the merit list. |
