Modes of Payment (i)Demand Draft/ Pay Order in favor of "LOVELY FACULTY OF APPLIED MEDICAL SCIENCES" payable at JALANDHAR. (ii) Cash can be deposited only at Division of Admissions at the University Campus in Phagwara (Punjab).
