| Vishal Kotkar | Re: digital shivaji university Shivaji University, set up in 1962, is named after the Great Maratha Warrior and originator of the Maratha realm Chhatrapati Shivaji. It was introduced on eighteenth November, 1962 by Dr. Radhakrishnan, the then President of India. One of the real destinations behind establishment of this University was to oblige the provincial needs of South Maharashtra. The purview of the University is spread more than four areas viz. Kolhapur, Sangli, Satara and Solapur with quality of around 2,00,000 understudies studying in 275 associated universities and perceived organizations.
