Program objectives (PO’s) and program based education output (PEO’s) should be well defined for each course of study. • Prescribe rules for admission in consonance with the reservation/admission policy of the state government. • Evolve methods of assessment of students' performance, the conduct of examinations and notification of results; • Use modern tools of educational technology to achieve higher standards and greater creativity; and • Promote healthy practices such as community service, extension activities, projects for the benefit of the society at large, neighborhood programs, etc. • Optimize the use of its infrastructure and facilities. • Collaborate/ participate/ associate/ partnership with leading national/ international institutions/ organizations, to enhance its brand equity/reputation as a top -of -the - line education provider. Autonomous status covers undergraduate and postgraduate level courses offered in colleges that are autonomous and those seeking autonomous status. RTU will confer the status of autonomy upon a college that is affiliated and NBA/NAAC accredited, with the concurrence of the state government.
