MGCC Application for Membership      Minimum Spending Program Only a la carte food charges are applied. The minimum is non-transferable. Members will be divided into two (2) groups according to the initial of their last name. A. Calculating minimum for A-M will be first to the last day of the month. B. Calculating minimum for N-Z will be 16th to the 15th of the following month. Membership is minimum of 24-month.
