As you asking here I am telling llumination, popularly known as Illu, is a festival held Every Diwali, IIT Kharagpur celebrates the festival of lights in a manner so unique that stands testimonial to every KGPian‘s journey in the land where dreams don’t lie. Illumination is in itself a competition also among the various halls at there . Each hall comes out with a unique theme portrayed on gigantic bamboo grids, or chatais, using wire loops to tie the diyas into place to create magnificent and illustrative patterns. It is a visual phenomenon, created by students who put countless hours of unmatched dedication and toil hard to bring life to the art work that reveals incomparable creativity, hard work and team spirit.
