The University has wekll equipped campus with so many facilities. Campus Facilities Gymnasium and Sports Giving top priority to the health of the students, University has set up well equipped gymnasiums at campus. The latest and the modern machines in the gym ensure better fitness and health facilities for the students as well as the faculty members. Some of the commonly used machines and equipments used in the gym are : Swiss Balls, Tread Mills, Dumbell, Smith Machines, Cross Trainers, Benches and Steppers. Basket ball Court Accommodation Campus Hostel Campus Hostel Cafeteria University has well stocked and modern Cafeterias for the students. These cafeterias also serve as meeting places for the students and provide them an opportunity to both socialize and share their academic intrests and engagements. One can get freshly made gourmet sandwich, a cup of hot coffee, a cup of noodles, or a sweet treat at any of the campus cafés. Health Facilities The University can boast of a huge 1000-bed JNU Hospital with all the required medical healthcare facilities- from general medicine to intensive care. Hostels- In University hostels, they ensure that students feel at home, with the best amenities and comfort so that they can put their hundred percent into their curricular and extracurricular engagements. Rooms are spacious and due care has been taken of the Acoustics to avoid any noise disturbance from the road and nearby areas. Apart from all these facilities, discipline is a major area taken care of in the hostel environment. Discipline is necessary to maintain the safety and security of our students. There are 24 hour security guards and a responsible warden assigned to every hostel. Facilities provided in the hostels are: Nutritious Food Pure Drinking Water 24 hour Security Telephone Open Air Theatre The Open air theater is the much sought after venue for a plethora of activities - from staging plays to organizing Holi Milan functions, from conducting valedictory ceremonies to Rock Band performances. The Theatre provides a touch of the much needed vent to the creative sides of students and faculty members. Transportation The University runs a fleet of buses for facilitating students and staff to commute to and from Jaipur and nearby areas. Public transport buses also ply to the points near the campus.
