The arrangements of The Global Open University Act 2006 were distributed in the Nagaland Official Gazette on eighteenth September 2006 for general data. Yes the worldwide open college is perceived by UGC. The Global open college has endorsement from DEC i.e. Distance Education Council, Government Of India, New Delhi.
