Delhi University BEd Entrance 2017 Eligibility:- Bachelor’s Degree and/or in the Master’s Degree in Science/Social Science/Humanities/Commerce with at least 50% or Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the programme. Eligibility For Choosing The Teaching Subject - The candidate will have to choose only one subject (within a subject category) which she/he must have studied in the qualifying degree i.e., Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree for at least 200 marks and obtained at least 50% in this subject. This subject will henceforth be referred to as the teaching subject in the B.Ed. programme. Subject category - Subjects:- A) Sciences Physics Chemistry Biology Mathematics Home Science B) Languages Sanskrit Hindi English C) Social Sciences History Political Science Geography Economics D) Other Subjects Commerce Psychology Sociology E) Other Languages Punjabi Urdu Delhi University BEd Entrance Pattern:- The written Entrance Test will be of three hours duration. The Question Paper shall consist of 150 objective type questions from four areas: Section Content Type & Medium Marks A A General Awareness and Teaching Multiple-Choice 50 Aptitude English or Hindi B Reasoning Multiple-Choice 30 English or Hindi C Subject Knowledge up to class X Multiple-Choice 40 English or Hindi D Language Proficiency (in English Multiple-Choice 15 + 15 = 30 and Hindi) English and Hindi Total Marks 150 Contact- University of Delhi South Campus, South Moti Bagh, New Delhi, Delhi 110021 |
