As per me Global Space Innovation Conference (GLiC) was co-organized by the International Astronautical Federation (IAF) , the German Aerospace Center (DLR), the European Space Agency (ESA) and the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs and Media, Energy and Technology.
