Admission Eligibility:- Hons. / Spl. Hons. / Three-year General Graduate / Three-year Pass Graduate with minimum 300 marks in the subject concerned / One-year Bridge Course in relevent subject / M.A. in a subject (other than professional subjects) is eligible for admission into M.A. in any other subjects. B. Faculty of Science • M.Sc. in Environment Science (30 seats are reserved for sponsored candidates only at V.U. Center) • M.Sc. in Physics • M.Sc. in Zoology • M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics • M.Sc. in Chemistry • M.A. / M.Sc. in Geography • M.Sc. in Botany The courses are of two year of duration. Admission Eligibility:- 1. M.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, Geography (M.A. / M.Sc.) and Applied Mathematics - Hons. / Spl. Hons. / Major in relevant subject. 2. M.Sc. in Dietetics and Community Nutrition Management - (i) Hons. in Physiology / Zoology / Nursing / Biochemistry / Chemistry / Nutrition / Food & Nutrition / Home Science / Three-year General Graduate with any one of the above subjects / B.Sc. (Ag. / Vocational / Major), (ii) MBBS / BHMS / BAMS. 3. M.Sc. in Environmental Science - Hons. / Spl. Hons. / Major / Three-year General Graduate in science subjects including Economics and Geography. These criteria are relaxed for sponsored candidates with ordinarily 3 years' experience in science laboratories / industries / academic and research institutes. In such case, two-year pass / three-year pass graduates are also eligible. Sponsored candidates can take admission only at Vidyasagar University Centre (Headquarter). |
