Here telling you some rules and regulations Membership and Loan Privileges: The University library is primarily meant for use of teachers, students, research scholars and staff of the University. The period of loan and number of books they can borrow vary depending upon their category of membership. Inter-Library Loan: The Library has established contacts with most of University and research Libraries of the country for providing inter-library loan service on reciprocal basis. Books can be procured on inter-Library loan from other Libraries in case the same are not available in the Library. Library Pass Book: Each Library member is given Library Pass Book to enable him/her to borrow books from the library. Text Books are issued to the students and teachers only. Loss of Books and Overdue Charges: In case of damage or loss of a book, the borrower is required to replace the book or pay the cost as per library rules. Overdue charges for the late return of books are levied at the rate prescribed in "Library Rules". The members shall obtain a clearance certificate after returning all books clearing outstanding dues, if any, and returning Library Pall Book on the expiry of his/her membership or termination of his/her connection with the University. The security deposited shall be refunded by the Finance Section, a month after the issue of the Clearance Certificate from the University Library.
