Power Management Institute Employee Development Centres Simulator Centres Power Management Institute: It is the apex training institute of NTPC located in NOIDA. The Centre is close to Company Headquarter. It has two residential hostels with internet broadband facility in each room. It also has multiple training and conference rooms with the latest audio visual training aids. PMI equipped with an indoor badminton court, swimming pool, tennis court and gym. Employee Development Centres: The Centres are located at all NTPC projects and stations. This type of centre has a similar infrastructure as that of the PMI. The Employee Development Centre has a dedicated staff of 150 employees across NTPC. Simulator Centres: NTPC has three simulator training centres. The Centres are for coal based sub-critical and super-critical plants. Its sub-critical simulators are at Korba (Chattisgarh) and Super Critical Simulators are at PMI, Noida and Sipat (Chattisgarh) .
